Refund and Returns Policy

At Blizzmo, all products are made and fulfilled on demand. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in good condition and meets quality standards.

Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product, size, or print was delivered due to an error on our side
  • The product arrives damaged during manufacturing or fulfillment

To be eligible, issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Proof Required

To process a refund or replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Clear images and/or video of the issue
  • Order details or order ID
  • A brief explanation of the defect or issue

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations

Since our products are print-on-demand and custom fulfilled, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference (fit, color expectations, design preference, fabric feel, etc.)
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Minor color differences caused by screen/display variations
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Replacement Process

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement product may be sent at no additional cost, or
  • A refund may be issued depending on the situation and resolution determined by Blizzmo

Processing time may vary depending on verification and fulfillment timelines.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before processing or production begins.

Once an order enters production or fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible because products are made on demand.

6. Contact for Refunds & Replacements

For refund or replacement requests, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.
